By creating an account or using GradeEngine, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
GradeEngine provides an AI-powered grading and learning assistance service for educational purposes. The Service includes photo-based answer grading, mistake explanations, progress tracking, and related educational features. GradeEngine is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

GradeEngine is a learning tool designed to help students understand their mistakes and improve. It is not a replacement for genuine learning. You agree to use GradeEngine as a study aid and not as a means to submit AI-graded work as your own in academic settings where that would violate your school's policies.
All content, designs, logos, and technology underlying the Service are owned by GradeEngine or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradeEngine and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at service@yk-global.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
